Background: There are different methods of Vatsanabha shodhana but it is not mentioned in literature that which method should be used preparation Tribhuvankirti rasa will make the drug safer. Objectives: To acquire knowledge regarding toxic principle self prepared and market sample Rasa with respect to develop a testing formulation. Material methods: Three samples were out two using media one was impure ingredients three purchased from market. Physicochemical phytochemical analysis final product conducted observations compared among six samples. Results: HPLC graphs indicate numbers peaks increased Godugdda shodhita all comparison Ashodhita Gomutra Rasa. All contain alkaloids, however after purification there decrease concentration detected alkaloid. Conclusion: The (Aconitine) has been reduced by shodhana. In addition, flavonoids, glycosides anti-oxidants found beneficial for health.
